Kevin Spreng is a corporate finance attorney whose connection to national parks and the outdoors began long before his legal career, through time spent at Grand Portage National Monument and along Minnesota’s North Shore. With more than 30 years advising emerging companies, private funds, investors, and boards on financing, governance, and complex transactions, he brings financial and legal expertise to NPLSF as it pursues larger capital projects, partnerships, and creative funding approaches for the Lake’s parks.
